Monthly Coffee Subscription

↓ Q. How does the subscription work? 


A. Great Question!
Hello, we are Caleb and Bora from Coffee Curators, and we curate coffees from different roasters each month, to introduce you to some awesome roasters around Australia.

We work on bringing you freshly roasted quality specialty coffees from talented roasters which is why we ask our roasters to roast to order!

In order for us to do this, we collect orders up untill the 21st of every month.

On the 21st, we send our featured roaster all the orders we need them to roast.

We receive the coffee shortly after roasting, then we pack and ship by the 1th of every month.

↓ Q. What day does my coffee get shipped?


A. 1th of Every month!

If the 10th of the month falls on a weekend, we will be dispatching a day or two earlier, So you're coffee will never be dispatched later than the 1th of each month.

↓ Q. What if I placed my order while you're roasting / packing?


A. We will try to squeeze in your order in to the best of our abilities!

But if this is not possible, your order will be sent out on the next month.

↓ Q. Which Couriers do you use?


A. We are with Australia Post!

If you leave an email address with your order, you will be receiving tracking details to that email with Australia Post

↓ Q. Can I change my payment method?


A. Sure thing!

Here's a detailed how to :

1. Sign in to your account at Coffee Curators


2. Click "Manage Subscription"


3. Click on 'Payment Methods'


4. Click on 'Add Payment Method'


5. Enter your new payment details and click 'Add Payment Method'


5. When your payment method is added, click on the new card you've just added.


6. Follow the promps and click 'Move subscriptions'


And your payment method has been updated!

↓ Q. I'm drinking less/more coffee! Can I change the quantity of my subscription? 


A. Sure thing, At the moment, editing your subscription is only available through a PC/MAC.

1.On your PC/MAC, Sign in to your account at Coffee Curators


2. Click "Manage Subscription"


3. Click "Subscription"


4. Click on your active subscription


5. Click on the "Varient"


6. Click on the current varient and edit it o fit your needs.

You will be able to change the grind size and the quantity of the coffee you need.


7. Once edited, click 'Update Varient'


7. Your subscription is now edited!

↓ Q. Can I skip my subscription this month?


A. Definitely!

We understand your coffee circumstances could change.
At the moment, pausing / cancelling your subscription is only available through a PC/Mac. To manage your subscription,


1. Sign in to your account at Coffee Curators


2. Click "Manage Subscription"


3. Click on your subscription


4. Scroll down to click 'Skip Order'


Aannnd the coming month's subscription is skipped!

If you're having trouble through this process, feel free to shoot me an email at bora@coffeecurators.com.au and I'll be able to skip your subscription manually!

↓ Q. Can I cancel my subscription?


A. Sure thing,
We had a blast curating your coffees for how ever long you were with us, we wish you nothing but awesome coffees in the future!

We understand your coffee circumstances could change.
At the moment, cancelling your subscription is only available through a PC/Mac. To manage your subscription,

1. Sign in to your account at Coffee Curators


2. Click "Manage Subscription"


3. Click on your subscription


4. Click on your avtive subscriptions


5. Scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription'

 

and just like that, your subscription is cancelled!

Gift Coffee Subscription

↓ Q. I just bought a gift! When will it be dispatched?

A. We work on bringing your friends freshly roasted quality specialty coffees from talented roasters which is why we ask our roasters to roast to order!

In order for us to do this, we collect orders up untill the 21st of every month.

On the 21st, we send our featured roaster all the orders we need them to roast.

We receive the coffee shortly after roasting, then we pack and ship the coffees by the 1th of every month.

↓ Q. What if I placed my order while you're roasting / packing?


A. We will try to squeeze in your order in to the best of our abilities!

But if this is not possible, your order will be sent out on the next month.

↓ Q. How will the recipient know that the gift is from me?


A. We'll be including a card just like this in the recipients first box!

The name in the Shipping column will be the recipient
and the name in the Billing column will be the purchasor.
